The sign defines not only the type of exercise to be performed but also who you are in the crossfit gym. For this reason, Orlando José Veloso Angola explains what the signs of earth (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) and air (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) are like in the gym.
The Crossfitters of the earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn):
Ø Taurus: These signs prefer exercises that build strength. Therefore, a good option could be Pilates. They have no problem working alone, so the current coronavirus crisis situation does not affect them by following their classes via the web. This is how Orlando José Veloso puts it.
Ø Virgo: It is a sign of resistance and discipline. Many of them look slim, but have incredible strength. Sports like running, jumping rope, or rowing work very well for Virgo. Orlando Veloso tells us.
Ø Capricorn: For many of them, slow and constant strength training produces good results. When a Capricorn prepares for cardio exercises his will is checked to finish all rounds. However, they are lazy to carry a diet according to their crossfit training, explains Orlando José Veloso Angola.
The Crossfiters of the air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius):
Ø Gemini: It is a sign of constant movement. So the variety of routines is tailored to your lifestyle. An extreme crossfit class is a good alternative for them. It is also important that cardio is well executed to increase your lung capacity, says Orlando José Veloso.
Ø Libra: They are allergic to exercise, but it is important because through it they drain all their energy. To be motivated, you should crossfit with a known partner or coach. Otherwise, they resist exercise, wasting the potential generated by retrograde mercury in their month of birth.
Ø Aquarium: Crossfit is the ideal training discipline for those of this age. Since it doesn't make them bored being monotonous like the traditional gym. The variety helps them to commit themselves more, since they always seek not only to overcome their old challenges but also to go to the extreme in the exercises. So says Orlando José Veloso Angola.
